My VIP day is a dedicated, 1:1 when we feel we drown in the daily grind. When work seems overpowering everything else and with no space to breath and no structure to fall back on.

Like on autopilot, some of our daily habits have become so ingrained we have lost touch with even noticing. The typical 'rat race' feeling has taken over and we wouldn't even know how to take ownership again.
